Coach Cline began playing lacrosse in 2010 for LSNHS in KC, MO. As a Senior in 2013, she was named a US Lacrosse All-American and participated in the ESPN All-American Showcase in Orlando, Florida. She moved to Lincoln to study Music at UNL. During the summers, she would help coach the LS United Summer Academy in Lee's Summit, MO. In her Junior year, 2016, she founded the UNL Women's Lacrosse Club. She then transferred to Midland University to study PE and play lacrosse. She was named to the 2017 All-Conference team. Coach Cline then moved back to Lincoln and founded Lincoln Liberty Lacrosse in Fall 2017.

Coach Scaggs is a Junior at Lincoln Northeast High School. She played lacrosse her freshman year for Lincoln East Lacrosse, but realized her passion leaned more towards coaching. She was a student manager in Liberty's inaugural season, 2018, but stood on the sideline of every game and quickly learned Coach Cline's method of coaching. She was named an Assistant Coach at the end of the Spring 2018 season.

Coach Greg started playing lacrosse as a middle schooler in Maryland in the late 1980s, playing through collegiate club lacrosse at Purdue in the mid 1990s. He was co-founder of the Lincoln Rampage and Lincoln Lacrosse Association, serving as coach from 2009-2010 and as director until 2013. In addition to being an assistant coach, Greg is also a men's lacrosse official.
